{Transition to Grey} 4 months

Time flies! It’s hard to believe it has already been 4 months since I stopped dyeing my hair.

My girls have been great: they keep telling me how “cool” my hair looks. I have my moments about it–I would never decide to go back to the hair dye–but I doubt how good it will look when I’m done.

I wish I had started this journey earlier last year, so that I could be done with the growth by my 50th birthday. I had been considering going natural for years, but I just didn’t have the courage yet. I am considering a good short hair chop when it’s grown out enough, but for now, I’ll enjoy my two-tone hair. I am excited to see the end result; it’s hard to really see what it will look like when it’s next to a different color, it tricks the eyes to see a different color.
