I am not incredibly superstitious, but today my workouts added up to 6.66 miles.
I didn’t notice: I ran home from the gym (4 miles and a potty stop where I forgot to stop my watch) then decided to get my girls moving for their own training (5k and half marathon). I walked to our local park with one of my girls while the other two ran their pace; my older ran intervals at the park while I sat, and when everyone had hit their mileage, we walked home.
Good thing I am not superstitious!
Hubby and I started back at the gym. Its been three years! Almost. They were shut down, then played the mask game, so we sat out. We are back to strength training, which I think will be really good for our running and overall health.
