My first official training week .
My race is June 1st.
I’m having knee issues on my left knee. I’m seriously out of shape as well, after last year and barely any running.
It’s a slow start, but a start. When I started running in 2012, I had to overcome knee issues so I know it can be done. Today was a little better than than earlier in the week, so I can see some hope.

Consistency is key, and that’s the goal. I really want to feel strong again, not the weak blob I feel like right now. The goal is also to hike a couple 14ers in August, so I have to be in shape.
